A: We work with physicians from all different fitness backgrounds and goals.
The program will be completely customized to where you currently are and structured to guide you in how to build and progress safely from there.
Whether you’re new to exercise, a former athlete, or somewhere in between, we’ll provide you with the knowledge and tools to take things to the next level.
A: Not much!
Ideally dumbbells and a bench, but some members start with just a few sets of dumbbells and progress from there.
During your initial assessment, we’ll talk more about equipment and what would be beneficial to have to get the most out of the program.
A: It totally depends on your plan.
The one thing we will say is your plan will be completely customized to your schedule and time availability.
Knowing firsthand how busy life as a female physician can be, one of our biggest priorities is building a plan that fits seamlessly into your life.
A: For fitness, you’ll start with an initial 1-on-1 assessment.
From there, we’ll build you a completely customized workout plan based on the number of days per week, how much time you have for workouts, what areas we want to target, injuries, etc.
During your initial nutrition consultation, we’ll get an idea of your history, current habits, and goals, and from there guide you with a personalized plan and targets specific to the results you are looking to achieve.
A: Of course!
This is one of the secret sauces of our programs.
Each week, you’ll have a 1-on-1 check-in where your coach will review your past week's fitness & nutrition, celebrate your victories, troubleshoot any challenges, and discuss goals for the week ahead.
These check-ins are booked based on your calendar and availability.
A: The program starts with a 6-month initial commitment.
From there, you can love it or leave it.
If you love the results you’re seeing (as most do!), then you’ll be invited to continue.
If you got the results you came to us for and are ready to continue on your own, that is great too!
A: During your initial roadmap call, if we believe the program is a good fit to help you achieve your goals, we’ll tell you about how the program works from a time, energy, and investment standpoint and talk about different pricing options.
A: If life takes over for whatever reason and you can no longer commit to the program, you can put things on pause for as much time as you need.
A: Yes, if you give us your all during the init12 weeks and follow the plan we lay out for you, and you are 100% satisfied by the end, we’ll send you a full refund.
